The confidential information memorandum is available for viewing on-line. In order to view the Confidential Information Memorandum, you must obtain a password by meeting certain standards regarding the suitability of investors seeking to invest in the Fund. This offering is intended only for residents of Latin America and Asia. This offering is not available to U.S. persons who are not "accredited investors" under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

The information you provide by answering the following questions will be kept confidential except to the extent that the Fund requires verification of such information.
